We are still here and processing as normal, being warehouse based we have a minimal staff operating on premises with customer service currently being undertaken by people working from home. The only change you will experience is there is no direct phone support available as the office at the warehouse is closed.
Your shopping experience should remain pretty much the same but you may experience some delays to mail depending on sickness in your area and no service is currently guaranteed by the carrier.

With regard to incoming products we have not received any cancellations yet but this can obviously change by the day, if that is the case we will update you guys expecting pre-orders asap!
